Relational Foundations Group
reclaim your authentic self- through presence and relationship
This group will help you:
Build your capacity to remain present, grounded, and receptive when relating with others
Listen in ways that help others feel seen, heard, and valued ~ laying the groundwork for mutual understanding and relational depth
Shift out of anxious people-pleasing, shrinking, or over-reacting when under pressure
Develop more authentic self-expression, including your needs, boundaries, or truth, with more confidence and care
Learn to remain grounded in yourself while relating to others - this trauma-sensitive group supports you in overcoming overwhelm, social awkwardness, disconnection, and the impact of past relational wounding.
Through experiential games, break-out sessions, and guided dialogue, you’ll develop the foundational skills to remain easeful and authentic in yourself when interacting with others, without shrinking, feeling “fake”, or performative. This isn’t about being “better” at socializing—it’s about being more you, in connection.
Whether you’re calling in deeper friendships, navigating awkwardness at work, or rebuilding your capacity for intimacy, this group will support you in uncovering a renewed aliveness within yourself ~ and others.
This group is especially supportive for anyone navigating the relational impacts of past trauma, post-COVID isolation, social anxiety, or depression - or for anyone aspiring to bring more consciousness, ease, and authenticity to how they relate.
