In this group you’ll learn and practice how to:
Cultivate deeper presence, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence when relating
Stay grounded in your body and yourself while relating to others
Learn to listen in ways that help others feel deeply seen, heard, and understood
Share yourself and your heart in ways that open up deeper connection
Feel, recognize, and set boundaries with clarity and care
Listen for what’s spoken and unspoken in those you relate with
Recognize and rewire old relational patterns and woundings in real time
Learn to shift patterns of people pleasing, over-performing, feeling “fake”, bypassing, or collapsing.
Build nervous system capacity, presence, and awareness for when triggers or conflict arise
Learn to stay grounded in yourself while relating to others - this trauma-sensitive group supports you in overcoming social anxiety, disconnection, and past relational wounding. This group offers a safe and attuned space to learn foundational relational skills that shift how you experience relationships, connection, and social interactions.
Through experiential games, break-out sessions, and guided dialogue, you’ll develop the capacity to remain easeful and authentic in yourself when interacting with others — without bypassing, collapsing, people-pleasing, or over-performing. This isn’t about being “better” at socializing—it’s about being more you, in connection.
This group is especially supportive for those navigating the relational impacts of trauma, post-COVID isolation, social anxiety, or depression— and for anyone aspiring to bring more consciousness, ease, and authenticity to how they relate. Whether you’re calling in deeper friendships, navigating awkwardness at work, or rebuilding your capacity for intimacy, you’ll soon uncover a renewed aliveness within yourself ~ and others.
