Scope of Practice

My work is grounded in over 15 years of in-depth experience as a movement and embodiment educator, including therapeutic yoga teaching and training others to teach, peer counseling, nervous system education, and my own in-depth studies and journey of self-understanding and trauma recovery. I support clients in cultivating embodied agency, greater sensitivity, deepening self-regulation, and developing the relational skills that allow them to restore a sense of authentic connection with others - a necessary skill to come out of chronic fight/flight/freeze/fawn/shut-down responses to stimuli or stress.

I am not a therapist, and this work is not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment. I do not diagnose or treat clinical conditions.

Instead, I offer an attuned, collaborative space to explore your patterns, limitations, and opportunities; expand your nervous system capacity; and re-train your social engagement system for greater safety and fun through somatic and relational fluency.

If you're working with a therapist or healthcare provider, this work can serve as a complementary practice to deepen your integration and embodiment.
