Deeper healing happens within relationships of care. This mentorship offers experienced, attuned guidance to gently unwind trauma, reclaim lost parts of yourself, and learn new ways of being with your body, emotions, boundaries, and sense of self.
In this tender and wise container, you’ll learn and integrate foundational recovery skills that support long-term healing. Together, we’ll explore how the challenges you face are shaped by your nervous system’s protective patterns in response to past wounding and experiences.
With loving, thoughtful care, you’ll learn and practice somatic, self-care, and relational tools to dissolve patterns of anxiety, dissociation, or over-drive; while gently tending to presence, connection, safety, and your own authentic voice and creativity.
Feminine-led mentorship is relational rather than hierarchical. It draws from both ancient and integrative frameworks (somatic, psychospiritual, herbal, and ecological), to support healing, empowerment, and authentic expression. At its heart, it is a practice of deep listening, of slowing down, and of allowing transformation to unfold in rhythm with the individual, community, and natural world.
