Hi! I’m Natasha,
For over 15 years, I’ve supported people in coming home to their bodies, their breath, and their inner knowing, with a deep affinity for working with clients navigating the internal and external impacts of emotional neglect, anxiety, depression, a sense of disconnect, self-abandonement, the fawning response, and people pleasing.
My work draws from trainings in Authentic Relating and Somatic Experiencing®, and my extensive carreer as a yoga therapist. I’m also powerfully influenced by my love for the human body and physiology, herbal medicine, seasonal living, and the natural world. Clients often tell me they feel safe, strengthened by, and deeply cared for in our work together.
For six years I lived in an ashram as part of the core staff, immersed in yoga, meditation, and devotional service. I've trained extensively in Anusara Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Sri Vidya, and Siddha Yoga; and study Somatic Experiencing® while continuing to deepen my clinical discernment as the Program Manager at Sage Integrative Health, a holistic mental health clinic in Berkeley, CA.

Receive wisdom, practices, and care that has been transmitted through generations of earth-based, feminine-led wisdom keepers devoted to soul-tending and the recovery of the health of the feminine in a patriarchally-wounded world.
