During our time together I’ll hold a skillful, compassionate, and trauma-informed space that welcomes you exactly as you are, and where you are met with curiosity, respect, celebration, and ultimately, love.

Mind, body, emotions, spirit, environment, and your relational and social worlds are explored as you strengthen your capacity for presence, reconnection, and resourcefulness through the ups and downs of life.

My approach encompasses tending to the various aspects of life including the physical, emotional, social, and relational - incorporating deep listening practices, mindfulness, mind-body medicine, herbalism, meridian yoga therapy, and somatic-relational guidance and skill-building to provide comprehensive support.

As a dedicated and committed practitioner specializing in holistic trauma-informed support, I offer a multidisciplinary, seasoned, and personalized approach that addresses a broad spectrum of needs, including:
