    Grounded in trauma-informed somatics, polyvagal theory, and intentional co-regulation, these sessions help you strengthen the skills and nervous system capacity to feel engaged with life more fully through your body.

    Through kind presencing and exploration we’ll resource your needs, desires, and boundaries—and how these shape the way you move, digest experience, and relate to the world around you.

    These trauma-sensitive sessions gently support you in:

    â–¸ Deepening body awareness, shifting chronic tension patterns, and reconnecting with your breath and body intelligence.

    ▸ Processing unconscious emotions and rewiring your nervous system for connection, safety, and authenticity—in yourself, and in relationship.

    â–¸ Transform patterns such as dissociation, freeze, or fawning into more grounded expression and agency clarity.

    â–¸ Grow your capacity to stay resourced within yourself in the face of stress or triggers.

    â–¸ Reclaim a felt sense of belonging in your body and in your life.

    We draw on Authentic Relating, breathwork, Somatic Experiencing®, therapeutic movement, Yogic wisdom, and relational attunement—tailored moment-to-moment to meet your system’s needs.

  • Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation

    A dedicated time for you to slow down and be skillfully guided in alignment with your health and wellness goals. We work together to attend to the areas in your body or mind that require attention, refinement, strenghtening, stretching, or support.

    With over 15 years of experience teaching students across a wide range of ages, bodies, and abilities, I bring a trained eye and intuitive understanding to each session. You’ll receive far more than what’s possible in a one-size-fits-all group class.

    You have my undivided attention during these sessions, and my dedication to helping you tap fully into your breath and body.

    Depending on your focus and intentions, our time together may include:

    Biomechanics & Alignment – Structural refinement, skillful progressions, and personalized sequencing based on your body’s natural patterns and needs.

    Breathwork & Meditation – Asana (yoga postures) as a vehicle for deepening physiological and energetic awareness.

    Mind-Body Integration – Somatic and energetic practices to support mental health and emotional regulation.

    Restorative Support – Nervous system balancing, deep rest, and stress relief for a more grounded and resourced you.
