Somatic & Relational healing for a more grounded, compassionate, happier life.

Skills Lab: A Somatic & Relational Skills Practice

Skills Lab is a 1:1 space designed to support nervous system regulation, deepen interpersonal awareness, and help you integrate sustainable practices for greater presence, connection, and resilience.

Drawing from somatic therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, authentic relating, and trauma-informed yoga, these sessions are adapted in real time to meet the needs of your system. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, dissociation, relational challenges, or the impacts of long-term stress, our work focuses on helping you build the internal resources and relational skills that support real change.

This is not therapy* — it’s embodied practice.

We focus on applying the insights you already have and turning them into integrated, lived experience through the body.

Skills Lab may be right for you if:

  • You’ve done talk therapy or personal growth work, but still find yourself stuck in the same patterns—especially in moments of stress or relationship conflict

  • You want to develop greater emotional regulation, body awareness, and the ability to stay present through discomfort

  • You often override your own needs, feel unclear about your boundaries, or find yourself dissociating, fawning, or shutting down

  • You’re seeking to improve your communication skills in a way that’s relational, responsive, and trauma-informed

  • You want to feel more at home in your body and more confident navigating intimacy, power dynamics, or vulnerability

  • You’re interested in developing embodied tools for grounding, repair, and co-regulation—beyond just intellectual insight

  • You’re ready to practice new ways of being in real time, with guidance that meets you where you are and moves at the pace of trust

Sessions are offered virtually or in person and may include guided movement, breathwork, somatic inquiry, communication practice, and nervous system education. Together, we co-create a space where your growth can unfold in a supported, embodied, and trauma-responsive way.

What we’ll work with:

  • Somatic Experiencing® and nervous system tracking

  • Authentic Relating & conscious communication skills

  • Mindfulness, breathwork, and meditative awareness

  • Trauma-informed yogic movement & postural awareness

  • Earth-based, body-based practices for presence, boundary, and belonging

  • Moment-by-moment attunement to your system’s needs and longings

Skills Lab is a practice ground for becoming the person your future—and our future—needs.
No perfection. No performance.
Just deep presence, devotion, and a space to try again.
