Natacha Sagalovsky, RYT 500

Hi! I’m Natacha [pronounced, Natasha]

For over 15 years, I’ve supported people in coming home to their bodies, their breath, and their inner knowing, specializing in working with folks navigating chronic pain, anxiety, emotional neglect, depression, complex ptsd, or aging-related aches and pains.

Whether you're healing from something physical or emotional, or simply longing to feel more connected, you are welcome here.

My work blends Authentic Relating,  Somatic Experiencing®, breathwork, therapeutic movement, Yogic wisdom, and the subtle art of presencing. Clients often tell me they feel safe, strengthened by, and deeply cared for in our work together.

For six years I lived in an ashram as part of the core staff, immersed in yoga, meditation, and devotional service. I've trained extensively in Anusara Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Sri Vidya, and Siddha Yoga - and I now study Somatic Experiencing® while continuing to deepen my clinical discernment as the Program Manager at Sage Integrative Health, a holistic mental health office in Berkeley, CA.

The body has its own intelligence.
The breath is the connection point.
Love, and skill are the container.
Let me hold space for you there.

  • Natasha, you are one of the best teachers I have ever had... it’s beyond words really. It’s just so perfect for what I need right now and you seem to have just the right amount of compassion and sensitivity, that is so unique. You bring spirituality and the philosophies of yoga so well onto the mat and I finally start to feel my body again... THANK YOU!!"

  • Natasha has helped me work through a tough back injury and is sensitive to each person’s limitations but does not allow them to necessarily limit themselves

  • Natasha’s level of devotion, commitment, creativity, great attitude, humility, and above all love for the practice shines through in every moment of her life. She is a very clear embodiment of the practice of yoga, she lives it to the best of her ability daily and is a great example for others just living how she does

  • Your compassionate and lighthearted style has helped me achieve many of my goals in yoga. Our sessions are fun, dynamic and challenging, which has always pushed me above and beyond what I thought I was capable of doing.
