Authentic Relating Skills & Practice Group

In this group, we’ll practice core authentic relating skills like deep listening, boundary attunement, sharing impact, and relational presence. You’ll learn to stay rooted in yourself while opening to others—an essential foundation for nervous system regulation, emotional intimacy, and trust.

Through experiential exercises, guided reflections, and group dialogue, we’ll explore how to show up more honestly and skillfully in connection—without bypassing, collapsing, or over-performing.

This space is designed to support those navigating the impacts of trauma, disconnection, perfectionism, or social anxiety—or those simply longing for more depth, honesty, and aliveness in their relationships.

In this group you’ll learn and practice how to:

  • Stay connected to your body and breath while relating

  • Share your truth in ways that invite connection

  • Recognize and set boundaries with clarity and care

  • Listen for what’s spoken and unspoken

  • Recognize and unwind old patterns in real time

  • Build relational capacity with curiosity and compassion
