Authentic Relating Practice Group

reawaken your connection to yourself - through relationship

In this group you’ll learn and practice how to:

  • Stay connected to your body and experience while relating to others

  • Share your truth in ways that invite connection

  • Recognize and set boundaries with gentleness, clarity, and care

  • Listen for what’s spoken and unspoken

  • Recognize and unwind old patterns in real time

  • Build relational capacity with curiosity and compassion

In this group, we’ll practice core authentic relating skills like deep listening, embodied self-awareness, sharing impact, and relational presence. You’ll learn to stay grounded in yourself in social situations or while opening to others, an essential foundation for deeper relationships, emotional intimacy, and trust.

Through experiential games, breakout groups, and guided dialogue, you’ll develop the embodied capacity to show up with more honesty and greater care to your relationships, without bypassing, collapsing, or over-performing.

This group is designed to support those navigating the relational impacts of trauma, depression, post-COVID isolation, or general social anxiety.. or for those simply longing for more depth, intimacy, and aliveness in their relationships.
