I am teaching on Sunday mornings at 11:30a at Asha Yoga. This is a Hatha Flow class so do expect to sweat, push yourself a bit, and there to be chaturangas, hips openers, arm-balances, backbends and such in the practice. This is not a power-yoga class though, so be warned that there will be instruction on breath awareness, alignment, and yes there will be longer holds along the way. Some basic experience with yoga is recommended.
If you’re fairly new to yoga and want to learn alignment and move at a slower, deeper pace - I will be teaching two Hatha classes on Tuesday evenings at Ritual Sacaramento starting October 1st. 4:30pm and 6:00p. These classes will be a deep dive into the body, the actions and nuances of yoga practice.
